Spa Considerations
RESERVATIONS For availability and spa reservations please call the resort 1-800-267-6700 option 3103, locally 204-279-2041, or call our Winnipeg reservation office 204-783-8131. Advance booking is recommended, particularly during weekends and holidays.
BOOKINGS To reserve your appointment a credit card will be requested at booking. Your card will not be charged until your service. Full charges apply to cancellations within 24 hours. Prices do not include applicable 5% GST or gratuities. Both services and pricing may be subject to change.
CANCELLATION Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. Please allow 24-hours if you need to reschedule or cancel your treatment. No shows will be charged in full for the treatment scheduled.
ARRIVAL Please arrive 20 minutes before your appointment to prepare for your spa experience. Enjoy
a hydrotherapy bath and complimentary snacks and refreshments prior to your treatment(s). Note that scheduled treatment time may not be extended for late arrivals. Arriving late will cheat you of precious minutes of your service as each session ends punctually so the next spa guest will not be delayed. Please note that the full fee for services will be charged.
STAFF SELECTION If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by a specific Spa Therapist or you would like to get a fresh point of view, please let us know.
COMFORT Your privacy and relaxation is important to us. Your privacy will be protected at all times. Lockers are available for your personal belongings, and robes and slippers are provided with services. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen articles. Feel free to ask any questions or make special requests to ensure your own comfort level.
QUIET PLEASE The Spa is your oasis of tranquility. Please respect our quiet spa environment and privacy of our spa guests. Please turn off mobile telephones, Blackberries, pagers, and other electronic devices.
SERVICES In order to provide the best quality Spa experience, we ask that each spa guest fill out a health assessment form. This will allow our Spa Therapists to be aware of any medical conditions that may affect your treatment. Gratuities are left at your discretion in appreciation to your Spa Therapist for outstanding service. Services are available to those aged 13 and up. If under 18, a health form must be signed by a parent or guardian.
SPARTIES We specialize in group functions whether they are business related, wedding parties, family reunions or gathering of friends. Ask our Spa Coordinators for more information. Think outside the treatment room. Our most popular option for larger groups is the spa workshop, where attendees enjoy a customized mix of relaxation techniques, product sampling, guided self-spa treatments and deliciously healthy treats all at once. Head, shoulder and hand massages can be provided almost anywhere - during group check-in, on the first tee, or to break up a long day of meetings.
GIFT CERTIFICATES We will customize gift certificates, gift baskets and corporate reward programs to suit your individual needs. Gift certificates are available for any services or packages. Can be ordered by phone, online, or in person.
SPA AT HOME Hecla Oasis Mineral Spa is proud to offer unique spa product lines from around the world. Your Spa Therapist will suggest the right product to take home to extend your spa experience.

To Cancel or Reschedule: If you must cancel or re-book your appointment please contact the spa directly. For single service reservations, we request 24 hours notice prior to your appointment time. For multiple service or spa package reservations, please contact us 48 hours before. Appointments rescheduled without sufficient notice will be charged 50% of the treatment price. For cancellations without sufficient notice and non-arrivals, the full fee will be applied.
