With a capacity of 90 guests, our fine dining restaurant is located on the upper level of the resort. Enjoy panoramic views of the lake or cozy up to a roaring fire. This restaurant and wine bar boasts a wine line of over 300 bottles, from around the world displayed in our custom-made wine cellar and can be paired with our menu of regional and local ingredients with a European twist.
Executive Chef Kyle Mohr has created selections that fuse both international and local cuisine, using only the freshest of ingredients. We ensure this by preparing all our menu selections in-house as nature intended with only the highest quality products. Our culinary team is more than willing to come out of the kitchen (time permitting) to discuss the menu or any special dietary concerns you may have or ask your server for an introduction to the Executive Chef!
The original idea behind the concept of L'Enoteca is simple: It's a wine bar and a restaurant, where you can be comfortable learning and discovering new food and wine, having the opportunity to come and experience that which you have always dreamed of. We encourage you to take your time, relax, sit back with a delicious glass of wine and realize that the cuisine at L'Enoteca takes time and care... a true dining experience that heightens your senses... no rushing allowed!

Menus are always being developed to ensure your palate will never run out of new taste sensations to sample. Dress code is dressy casual. Private seating is available for groups.
