Vacation Villas are fully maintained:

• 2 bedrooms on 2 levels
• 1010 sq. ft. fully furnished
• 1/13 fractions
• Sublease titles 60 years
• 1/13 fraction owner use 4 weeks/year (one week per season on rotation)
• Purchaser may buy as many units to suit his or her vacation needs
• When units are not used by owners - will go in the resort rental pool with revenues shared formula:
  • 40% to owners, 40% to resort
  • 7.5% to common area costs
  • 7.5% to housekeeping and laundry supplies
  • 5% reserve fund
• Estimated common area and miscellaneous costs: $400/unit/year
• Owners will use and share common area with resort: Lobby, Fitness Centre, Internet Cafe, Family Water Park with Outdoor Viking Ship play structure, Adult Hydrotherapy Mineral Pools featuring Mineral Hydrotherapy Pool, Hydrotherapy Hot Tub, Aromatic Steam Room, Cold Plunge Pool, Kinetic Indoor and Outdoor Pool, and Courtyard.
